If you are not satisfied for any reason, products may be returned within 30 days of shipment for a full credit or exchange (if the product is undamaged). You can extend your return period to 45 days by creating a free account with NRI. Free Returns - The item is not as described or represented. - The item doesn't work. - The item is damaged during shipping. - For back-ordered items, we fail to meet our quoted lead time. Free returns are not applicable (buyer is responsible for return shipping costs) to the following scenarios: - Buyer’s remorse. - The item does not fit your application.

Free Domestic Shipping No shipping cost is charged to customers within the United States for standard ground delivery for items under 120 lbs (actual or dimensional). Any item over 120 lbs is subject to freight cost depending on weight and destination address. Shipping Partners UPS, FedEx, DHL, and a variety of carriers for LTL shipments with full insurance. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon tender of shipment to the carrier. Expedited Shipping Next Day Air shipping is available Monday–Friday before 4 pm (EST). NRI offers Saturday delivery upon request at an additional charge. Expedited orders only ship on business days. 1 Year Extended Warranty on all New products only. We do not provide any warranty coverage for New Other, Refurbished, and Used products sold by us. Those products are sold on an “AS IS” basis. Some of them may be subject to a manufacturer’s warranty. To find out if a manufacturer’s warranty applies to a product, you’ll need to contact the manufacturer and deal directly with them This Extended New Product Warranty applies only to New products purchased through our website in Canada, the United States, Mexico, Germany, Spain, and the United Kingdom. New products purchased outside of these countries are not covered by this warranty.
