Refund & Return Policies

If the Customer decides to withdraw from the contract, the Customer, who is a consumer, should send back the consignment duly packed and protected against damage in transit within 14 days of receipt. Such shipment shall be made at the expense of the Customer.

Warranty Policies

Goods purchased from the Seller's Store are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, under which the Customer may claim warranty repairs performed by the manufacturer of the goods. At the same time, the Seller informs that any product subjected to any alterations loses warranty rights.
