The TeSys Giga high power contactor is a robust solution designed for demanding applications, offering 4 poles (4 NO) for category AC-1 applications with a maximum current capacity of 700A at 440V. It features a wide band low consumption electronic coil that operates within a voltage range of 48-130V AC/DC. The contactor is equipped with an embedded highly reliable 1NO+1NC auxiliary contact block, which provides a constant current of 17V and 1mA.
This contactor is designed to operate at maximum rates of up to 600 cycles per hour in environments up to 60°C. It offers high reliability and durability with a mechanical durability of 5 Mcycles, ensuring long-term performance. The local Contact Wear Diagnosis (CWD) function allows for continuous monitoring of the contactor's health status, providing healthy and alarm indicators.
The TeSys Giga contactor can be fixed in all quadrants, allowing for maintenance without removing cables or busbars. It also includes an OLR that can be directly mounted below the contactor. The contactor is designed to be used with power connections by bolted connection and control connections by spring terminals, accessible from the front for easy and quick replacement.
The contactor provides IP2x protection in the front face with shrouds conforming to IEC 60529 and VDE 0106. It can operate within a temperature range of -25°C to 60°C and is directly mountable on plates, with no derating up to an altitude of 3000m. The compact dimensions of 290mm x 185mm x...
