The Schneider Electric TeSys Giga High Power Contactor is designed for demanding applications, capable of handling up to 500A at 440V. This high power contactor features a 3-pole configuration with NO (Normally Open) contacts and an embedded auxiliary contact block that provides a reliable 1NO+1NC function. The electronic coil offers a wide band low consumption operation, suitable for both AC and DC applications within the voltage range of 100-250V.
The contactor is designed to operate at maximum rates of up to 600 cycles per hour and in environments with temperatures up to 60°C. It offers a mechanical durability of 5 Mcycles, ensuring high reliability and durability. The local Contact Wear Diagnosis (CWD) function allows for continuous monitoring, providing healthy and alarm indicators.
The TeSys Giga High Power Contactor can be fixed in all quadrants, enabling maintenance without the need to remove cables or busbars. It also features IP2x protection on the front face with shrouds conforming to IEC 60529 and VDE 0106 standards. The contactor is certified under multiple standards (CE, CB, CCC, cULus, EAC, KC, RCM, Marine) and is Green Premium compliant (RoHs/Reach).
The compact size of the TeSys Giga High Power Contactor, with dimensions of 290mm x 140mm x 209mm (H x W x D), allows for panel space savings. It is equipped with a unique QR code for quick access to complete product data.
