Assembly Option for Indication, Output, and Isolation/Bleed
NOSHOK offers multiple assembly options to meet your specific system requirements. Consult factory to discuss your customized solution. For example, you can simplify your system with this easy-to-install solution from NOSHOK. Three simple components that require a single threaded connection in your piping system will provide local indication, analog output and block/isolate with bleed function. This product grouping is an ideal solution for a variety of applications including oil and gas, and is available in several high pressure ranges, including 5,000, 10,000 and 15,000 psi. Special design for Shale Gas applications. This example represents a general solution; however, we offer a diverse range of gauges, transmitters and valves which are available with a variety of connection options and ranges to suit your needs. (Photo shows 40-400 Series Pressure Gauge (Local Indication), 621 Series Pressure Transmitter (Control Output), and 200 Series Multi-Port Valve (Block/Isolate & Bleed).

Magnetic Spring Contact Switch (MSCS) - 40-400 & 40-410 Series Only
Magnetic spring contact switches are available as a factory installed option on 40-400 Series and 40-410 Series An excellent choice when an accurate pressure switch is required in addition to a reliable pressure gauge Fully adjustable by the user These switches are actuated by the pressure gauge pointer to provide accurate field adjustment A removable adjustment key makes them tamper-proof They operate with an extremely broad power supply, AC or DC up to 250V max. (30W 50 VA), allowing them to be used virtually anywhere in the world in addition to very remote applications with only DC battery pack power available Standard units consist of (2) two magnetic spring switches; either one or both switches may be used: Switch (1) one is normally closed Switch (2) two is normally open with operation referenced on clockwise pointer motion The lowest full scale pressure range this switch may be used on is 0 psi to 60 psi because of the increased load on the pointer and Bourdon tube A mating 4-pin connector with 5' of 4-wire and color coded shielded cable is standard
