The Intraground™ N1 and N2 Series Control Stations are engineered for use in challenging environments, with the N1 Series being non-factory sealed and the N2 Series factory sealed. Both models incorporate enclosures made from 30% glass-reinforced thermoplastic polyetherimide, ensuring durability against corrosive agents. Components such as Teflon™ coated stainless steel cover bolts and Mylar™ nameplates contribute to their resistance to chemicals.

These control stations offer a variety of push buttons and selector switches compatible with contactors or magnetic starters, facilitating remote motor control in hazardous locations. Options for pilot lights are available, providing visual confirmation of electrical functions at remote or local sites.

The pilot light guard and body assembly utilize copper-free aluminum, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Additionally, the selector switch operator mechanism incorporates copper-free aluminum and a sealed phenolic contact block, enhancing reliability. The design includes momentary and maintained contact configurations for three-position selector switches, allowing for versatile operation.

For convenient circuit identification, an optional nameplate mounting bracket eliminates the need for field installation, while a stainless steel lockout feature secures the selector switch in any position.
