The PlexPower™ Series Factory Sealed Panelboards are designed to deliver effective explosionproof protection through the use of circuit breaker modules compatible with standard off-the-shelf breakers. This eliminates the necessity for a heavy cast enclosure, resulting in a panelboard that is lighter, more compact, and simpler to install.

These panelboards allow for easy replacement, upgrading, or addition of breakers directly in the field, without the need for removing bolted covers, sealing, or rewiring. This design ensures that the integrity of the flamepath remains uncompromised.

With capabilities to protect lighting, power, and heat trace circuits in environments that are wet, weather-exposed, corrosive, or hazardous, this panelboard is versatile for various applications. The unit complies with NEC and CEC standards and is certified for Class I, Zone 1, AEx de IIB+H.

Specific configurations include lighting panels operating at 120 to 240 V with QC breakers, and power panels at 480 to 600 V featuring F-Frame breakers. Constructed from 316L stainless steel, the enclosure includes stainless steel hardware and a hard drawn, tin plated, copper bus bar. Additional options such as drain/breather, GFI breakers, and heaters for condensation are available, enhancing functionality for diverse operational needs.
