The EUCHNER NG1FO-510-M Position Switch is designed for high precision and reliability in industrial automation applications. Featuring a robust spring actuator, this switch allows for actuation from all sides, making it highly versatile for various setups. The switch is equipped with a snap-action switching contact that ensures quick and accurate response times, with a maximum contact bounce time of 3 ms and a closing time of 4 ms.

With an IP67 protection rating, the NG1FO-510-M is built to withstand harsh environments, providing excellent resistance to dust and water ingress. The housing is made from anodized die-cast alloy, ensuring durability and longevity. The electrical connection values include a fuse max of 6 A gG, a rated insulation voltage of 250 V, and a rated impulse voltage of 2.5 kV. It supports utilization categories AC-15 (6 A at 230 V) and DC-13 (6 A at 24 V), as well as AC-12 (10 A at 230 V).

The switch is designed for easy installation with a single M20 x 1.5 cable entry and can be mounted in any orientation. It features one normally closed (NC) and one normally open (NO) contact for door position monitoring. The mechanical life of the switch is rated at 30 million operations, ensuring long-term reliability.
