The Phase Sequence and Loss Sensor CKF-317 is designed to safeguard three-phase electric motors from potential damage caused by phase loss or voltage asymmetry. It ensures motor protection by monitoring the voltage in each phase and disconnecting the motor if an anomaly is detected. The sensor features an adjustable voltage asymmetry threshold and a delay of 4 seconds to prevent accidental shutdowns due to temporary voltage drops. Automatic reconnection occurs when the voltage rises 5V above the activation threshold. Additionally, the sensor prevents motor startup if the phase sequence is incorrect, ensuring proper motor rotation direction. The device is equipped with a relay output (1 x NO/NC) and provides clear status indication via two LEDs.
