The Hacona Impulse Heat Sealer is designed for efficient and reliable sealing of various materials including BOPP, PA, PE, PP, and PVC. Featuring a robust stainless steel construction, this sealer ensures durability and longevity in demanding industrial environments. With a sealing width of 5mm and a length of 420mm, it accommodates a maximum film width of 410mm and cutting length of 410mm.

The device operates at 650W power and 230V/50Hz, offering a maximum sealing time of 6 seconds with adjustable sealing time for precise control. The built-in knife blade enhances functionality, allowing for both sealing and cutting of films and bags. The impulse sealing technology ensures consistent and strong seals, making it ideal for packaging applications.

Additional features include an IP23 protection class, ensuring resistance to water spray and solid objects, and a cooling system for the seal. The modular system allows for customization with accessories such as a flexible foot pedal, mechanical foot pedal, wheeled base, film dispenser, stand, and worktable.
