The THTT DS variant features a 2:1 shrink ratio and is constructed from high-temperature, flame-retardant material. It is designed to withstand applications requiring resistance to high temperatures and aggressive substances. The markers are pre-cut into a ladder format, enabling printing on both sides, which allows for easy selection of individual markers as needed.

Print performance is optimized for use with HellermannTyton's thermal transfer printers, ensuring clear and durable markings. The material, which is polyvinylidene fluoride cross-linked (PVDFX), is also compatible with laser beam printers. The shrinkable markers have an operating temperature range from -55 °C to +225 °C and exhibit a dielectric strength of 20 kV/mm according to ASTM D 2671.

With a supplied diameter of 38.1 mm and a maximum recovery diameter of 19.1 mm, these markers are suitable for various applications in the aerospace sector. The product is compliant with ELV regulations and does not contain hazardous materials.
