This commercial grade vinyl electrical tape serves as primary electrical insulation for wire and cable splices, supporting applications up to 1 kV. It is suitable for protective jacketing of low, medium, and high voltage splices, as well as for wrapping wire harnesses and cables. The tape is applicable for both indoor and outdoor environments.

With a width of 19mm and a length of 20m, the tape has a thickness of 0.15mm. Its dielectric strength is rated at 45 kV/mm, ensuring effective insulation. Composed of polyvinylchloride (PVC), the tape features a tensile strength of 19.5N/mm² and an elongation at break of 200%. It can operate within a temperature range of -10 °C to +90 °C and is UV-resistant, enhancing its durability in various conditions.

Additionally, the product adheres strongly with a backing adhesion of 2.5N/10 mm and a steel adhesion of 2.5N/10 mm. It is self-extinguishing and compliant with IEC 60454-3-1-7/F-PVCP/90 standards. The tape is not hazardous and has a shelf life of 5 years, making it a reliable choice for electrical insulation needs.
