The meter is designed to operate effectively within a temperature range of -20 °C to 50 °C, with a maximum humidity allowance of 95% non-condensing.

Constructed within a JIC steel enclosure, it maintains durability and reliability for commercial and industrial applications. The Class 3400 offers an accuracy of ±1% across its rated load and supports input voltage configurations of 347/600 V AC with both 3 and 4 wire setups.
