Keyence IV-HG10

The Keyence IV-HG10 Sensor Amplifier Main Unit is designed for high-performance detection and analysis in industrial automation applications. This versatile amplifier supports a wide range of detection tools, including shape detection, color area, edge pixels, width/height, diameter, and more. With the ability to handle up to 16 detection tools and 32 programmable settings, the IV-HG10 ensures precise and reliable operation.

Key features include high-speed position adjustment, OCR capabilities, and comprehensive analysis information such as processing time statistics, histograms, and matching rate lists. The amplifier also offers advanced functions like HDR, high gain, digital zoom, brightness correction, and white balance.

The IV-HG10 supports both non-voltage and voltage input types, with six configurable inputs and eight outputs that can be assigned to various functions. It features robust network capabilities with Ethernet connectivity, supporting FTP client, EtherNet/IP™, and PROFINET standards.

Built to withstand challenging environments, the IV-HG10 operates within a temperature range of 0 to +50 °C and relative humidity of 35 to 85%. The main unit case is made of durable polycarbonate, ensuring long-lasting performance.
