The Keyence PX-H71TZ Transmissive Sensor Head is engineered for reliable and precise detection in demanding industrial environments. Utilizing a red 4-element LED light source with a wavelength of 630 nm, this sensor head offers multiple detection ranges: TURBO (4 m), SUPER (6 m), ULTRA (12 m), and MEGA (20 m). It is capable of detecting opaque objects as small as ø4 mm.

Designed with a robust SUS303 housing and BK7 lens, the PX-H71TZ ensures durability and longevity. The sensor head is environmentally resistant, boasting an IP68, IP68g, IP69K, NEMA 4X, 6P, 13 enclosure rating, making it suitable for use in wet and dusty conditions. It can withstand ambient light up to 20,000 lux from incandescent lamps and 30,000 lux from sunlight, and operates effectively in temperatures ranging from -10 to +55 °C.

Additional features include vibration resistance (10 to 55 Hz, double amplitude 1.5 mm, 2 hours in each direction) and a relative humidity tolerance of 35 to 85% RH. The PX-H71TZ comes with two SUS303 screw nuts and two SUS304 toothed washers for secure installation.
