Keyence PZ-G102P

The Keyence PZ-G102P is a high-performance square reflective photoelectric sensor designed for industrial automation applications. Featuring a built-in amplifier, this sensor ensures accurate and reliable detection with a detecting distance of 5 to 45 mm and a spot diameter of approximately 2 mm at 40 mm. The sensor utilizes a red LED light source and offers a 1-turn trimmer sensitivity adjustment for easy calibration.

With a response time of 500 µs and switch-selectable LIGHT-ON/DARK-ON operation modes, the PZ-G102P is highly versatile. The sensor is equipped with LED indicators for output (orange) and stable operation (green), providing clear visual feedback. The control output is an open collector type, supporting up to 30 V and 100 mA with a residual voltage of 1 V max.

Designed for durability, the PZ-G102P features a glass-fibre reinforced PBT housing and a polyarylate lens cover, ensuring robustness in harsh environments. The sensor is rated IEC IP67, NEMA 4A, 6, 12, and DIN IP69K, making it suitable for demanding industrial conditions. It also includes protection circuits for reversed polarity, overcurrent, and surge absorption.
