The A70QS high-speed semiconductor fuse is engineered to meet the enhanced performance requirements of 700V applications. With an ampere rating of 90A, it features a lower I2t value, which facilitates improved protection and extends the lifespan under cyclic loading conditions. Additionally, this fuse results in reduced watt loss, making it a suitable choice for safeguarding dynamic solid-state equipment, including motor drives and UPS systems.

With a maximum operating temperature of 80 °C and a storage temperature range from -25 °C to 80 °C, the A70QS is built for versatile environments. It has a breaking capacity of 50 kA, ensuring reliability in critical applications. The fuse's body is made from GMG insulating material, while the connection terminals, which are bolted, are constructed from tin-plated brass, enhancing conductivity and durability.
