The UL 1953 Power Distribution Block is designed for safe and efficient cable splicing and power distribution. With a maximum rated voltage of 1000V and an ampere rating of 155A, this 3-pole block accommodates 1 opening per pole for both primary and secondary connections using a stud type. Its body is constructed from glass-filled polycarbonate, ensuring durability and resistance to impact.

This model meets stringent requirements as outlined in UL508A and is compliant with the National Electrical Code®. It supports various wire types, including solid and stranded copper, with connectors that are tin-plated to enhance conductivity. The block can be mounted directly via screws, facilitating straightforward installation.

Furthermore, the block's design incorporates optional adder poles, allowing customization of primary and secondary wire configurations in the field without the need for tools. Safety covers made from polycarbonate provide dead-front protection, and the block is rated for a maximum operating temperature of 80°C and a minimum storage temperature of -25°C.
