The Omron E2EH-X12B1 2M Proximity Sensor is designed for applications requiring high temperature resistance and robust cleaning processes. This M30, shielded, cylinder-type sensor features a 12 mm sensing distance and operates on a DC 3-wire system with a PNP output and NO operation mode. The pre-wired model includes a 2-meter cable for easy installation.

Engineered for durability, the sensor's case is made from stainless steel (SUS316L) and the sensing surface from polybutylene terephthalate (PBT). It offers IP67 and IP69K protection, ensuring reliable performance in harsh environments. The sensor is equipped with multiple protective circuits, including output short-cut protection, output reverse polarity protection, power supply reverse polarity protection, and a surge suppressor.

With a response frequency of 100 Hz and a power supply voltage range of 10 to 32 VDC, the E2EH-X12B1 is suitable for detecting ferrous metals, with reduced sensitivity for non-ferrous metals. It operates efficiently within a temperature range of 0 to 100 ℃ and can withstand storage temperatures from -25 to 70 ℃.
