The LCD8-14A-L Compression Lug is designed for reliable electrical connections, featuring a tin-plated copper material that minimizes corrosion. With a standard barrel length of 0.56 inches (14.2 mm) and an overall length of 1.97 inches (50 mm), this lug provides a robust solution for conductor sizes of 8 AWG. The lug incorporates two holes for stud attachment, each measuring 1/4 inch (6.4 mm), with a spacing of 0.63 inches (16 mm) between the studs.

An inspection window is integrated into the barrel, allowing for visual confirmation of conductor insertion. This product meets various industry standards, including C22.2 No. 65-13 and UL temperature ratings of up to 90 °C. The color-coded barrels assist in selecting the appropriate crimp die, aligning with specified competitor die index numbers, including a Panduit Die Index Number of 21.
