The Print Mark Contrast Sensor is designed for precise detection with a range of 9.5 mm ± 3 mm. It utilizes an RGB LED light source to emit visible green, red, and blue modulated light, creating a light spot of dimensions 1 mm x 4 mm, oriented perpendicularly to the housing. The sensor operates effectively under ambient light conditions of up to 7000 Lux.

Equipped with a Teach-in feature, this sensor allows for static programming through a dedicated Teach-in key. The operational status is indicated by a yellow LED, which illuminates when a print mark is detected. In instances where safe operation is compromised, an alarm display will flash quickly.

The sensor is powered by a DC voltage range of 10 to 30 V, with a maximum no-load supply current of 70 mA. It features a push-pull output that is both short-circuit and reverse polarity protected, capable of handling switching currents up to 200 mA. The measurement output offers an analog signal ranging from 0.3 to 10 mA, with a load resistance of no more than 600 Ohms.

This unit meets stringent standards for shock and vibration resistance according to IEC/EN 60068, ensuring reliable performance in challenging environments. With a degree of protection rated at IP67, it is suitable for a variety of industrial applications.
