The Schneider Electric Altivar Machine ATV320 is an advanced variable speed drive, specifically designed for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). This drive is capable of powering single-phase synchronous and asynchronous motors. It operates at a maximum rated power of 0.55kW and can handle voltages ranging from 200V to 240V.
The ATV320 drive is an ideal choice for environments that require washable drives, as it offers IP65 protection, allowing it to withstand dust and chemical pollution. It comes without a fan but includes an embedded EMC C2 filter. The drive integrates standard Modbus and CANopen communication protocols, accessible via the RJ45 connector on the front of the drive.
Weighing 5.5kg, this drive software includes 5 safety functions that help machines meet safety requirements. These safety functions are configured using SoMove software. The Altivar Machine ATV320 is designed for a variety of applications including conveyors, carton packers, gantry cranes, woodworking, metal processing, fans, and Food & Beverage industry.
The drive conforms to IEC, UL, TUV, KC and other international standards. EcoStruxure Machine software compatibility enables the development, configuration, and commissioning of the entire machine in a single software environment, including logic, motion control, HMI and related network automation functions.
