Schneider Electric GK1EW

The GK1EW fuse carrier block is designed for the protection of motors and transformers with a maximum rating of 50A at 690V. This unit is compatible with 14x51mm fuse links and features a front handle for ease of operation. The block includes two normally open early break auxiliary contacts and one changeover contact that activates when a fuse is blown.

It is suitable for installation in modular panels and can be mounted on a 35mm DIN rail, with connections made via screw terminals. The auxiliary components, including tubular links for neutral, side handle operators, and padlocking devices, are sold separately. The product is compliant with multiple standards, including IEC and EN, and adheres to RoHS and REACh regulations.

With a vertical mounting position and a toggle control type, the GK1EW operates effectively within an ambient temperature range of -50°C to 70°C. It maintains an IP20 degree of protection and has a compact design with dimensions of 97mm in height, 115mm in width, and 89.5mm in depth, weighing 0.51kg. The rated operational voltage for power circuits is up to 690V AC, while signalling circuits can function at 500V AC and 440V DC.
