The circuit breaker features a thermal magnetic trip unit and is engineered to protect electrical systems against overloads and short circuits. With a breaking capacity of 14kA at 600VAC, this device ensures reliable operation within its rating limits. The PowerPacT H variant is designed for I-Line applications, allowing for straightforward installation and maintenance.

It includes I-Line terminations on the line side along with mechanical lugs on the load side. This breaker operates continuously at 80% of its rated current, specifically within an ABC phase connection. The construction adheres to multiple standards including UL, CSA, NOM, and IEC, ensuring compliance and safety for various applications.

Additional features include a dual-break rotating contact mechanism that minimizes peak current during faults and an integral push-to-trip button for manual tripping. The circuit breaker is rated for a maximum ambient temperature of 70 °C and supports operating altitudes up to 6561.68 ft (2000 m) without performance derating.
