Schneider Electric's TeSys LRD Thermal Overload Relay is a robust solution designed to protect 3-phase motors from overheating. With a thermal setting range of 4-6A and tripping class 20, it provides reliable protection for motor loads up to 2.2kW at 400V. The relay features differential device with phase failure and load unbalance detection, ensuring optimal performance under varying conditions.

The TeSys LRD Thermal Overload Relay is equipped with a thermal adjustment dial, manual-automatic reset selector, test selector for simulation of tripping, reset and stop buttons, flag indicator, and 2 auxiliary contacts (1NO+1NC) for fault signalling. The settings are protected by a transparent cover lockable by sealing, ensuring secure operation.

The relay can be connected directly to the bottom terminals of 3-pole contactors LC1D09-D38 via screw clamp terminals. It is designed for mounting on DIN rail or screw fixing, separated from the contactor, with use of a terminal block LAD7B105 (to be ordered separately). The TeSys LRD Thermal Overload Relay is certified to multi standards (IEC, UL, CSA, Marine) and compliant with Green Premium (RoHS/REACh).
