The TeSys U control unit is designed for integration with advanced power bases such as LUB320 and LUB380, forming a complete starter controller for single-phase motors rated up to 7.5 kW at 400V. It ensures comprehensive motor protection with adjustable rated current from 8A to 32A, featuring an overload tripping class of 10 and safeguards against short circuits, phase loss, and insulation faults. The device includes a thermal overload alarm, which can be managed using an additional function module (available separately), and a test push button for simulating overload conditions.

Operating within a voltage range of 110-240V AC or 110-220V DC, the control circuit is optimized for robust performance in various environments, with an operational temperature range of -25 to 70 °C and storage temperatures between -40 and 85 °C. The unit is certified for use in compliance with several international standards including IEC and UL, ensuring reliability in demanding applications. The TeSys Ultra unit also adheres to Green Premium standards, being RoHS and REACh compliant, which indicates its environmentally friendly manufacturing and disposal practices.
