The Schneider Electric Lexium SH3 Servo Motor is an advanced servo motor designed to fit seamlessly into the Lexium 62 and Lexium 52 servo drives, part of the PacDrive 3 automation solution. This servo motor boasts a maximum mechanical speed of 8000RPM and a smooth shaft end with holding brake.

It is equipped with an absolute multi-turn Hiperface (DSL 18bit, EKM36) encoder, providing precise positioning and control. The motor features single angular turntable connector (One motor cable connectivity) for connecting a hybrid cable (DSL cable with quick lock connector).

The servo motor has a rated supply voltage of 115V to 480V, a continuous stall current of 17.6A and a continuous power of 4100W. The shaft end is IP54 rated, while the casing is IP65 rated. The flange size is 70mm, fixed by 4x 5.5mm holes with a circle diameter of 82mm.

The Lexium SH3 Servo Motor weighs 2.5kg and is compatible with all mounting positions (horizontal mounting (IMB5), vertical mounting (IMV1, IMV3) in accordance with IEC 60034-7). It covers a continuous stall torque range of 0.2 to 94.4Nm for speeds up to 9000 rpm.

The Lexium SH3 Servo Motor is UL UR and conforms to UL1004 as well as European directives CE and UKCA. It is a prime solution to the need for dynamic performance, making the PacDrive system one of the most flexible motion control solutions.
