SMC MGPM12-40

The SMC MGPM12-40 Compact Guide Cylinder is designed to offer exceptional lateral load resistance, more than twice that of conventional stopper cylinders. This is achieved through the use of two types of guide rod bearings, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. The cylinder features four different mounting options and two-direction piping, providing flexibility in installation and operation. It is built with a slide bearing type and has a bore size of 12 mm with a standard stroke of 40 mm. The MGPM12-40 is manufactured without an auto switch but includes a built-in magnet for ease of use. This series is part of the MGP series, known for its compact design and robust performance. Although this specific model has been discontinued since April 2012, it has been replaced by the MGP_Z series, which continues to uphold the high standards of the MGP series.
