SMC MHF2-20D1

The SMC MHF2-20D1 Low Profile Air Gripper is a compact and high-rigidity solution designed for precise and efficient gripping applications. This 2-finger parallel style air gripper features a linear guide type mechanism, ensuring smooth and accurate operation. The MHF2 series is known for its low profile design, with a height reduction of up to 66% compared to equivalent gripping force products in the MHZ2 series. This makes it an excellent choice for applications where space is limited.

The MHF2-20D1 model offers a bore size of 20 mm and a medium stroke, providing a versatile range of motion for various gripping tasks. The gripper is equipped with an axial piping type body option and does not include an auto switch, making it suitable for custom configurations. Additionally, the gripper is built with high rigidity, allowing for a maximum gripping point distance of 170 mm at 0.4 MPa for the Φ32 size.

With three types of strokes available (short, medium, and long), the MHF2 series can be tailored to meet specific application requirements. The compact design and high performance of the MHF2-20D1 make it ideal for use in automated assembly lines, robotic systems, and other industrial automation applications where precision and reliability are paramount.
