The SMC MY1H40-50EZ Mechanically Jointed Rodless Cylinder is designed for applications requiring precise linear motion and high reliability. This cylinder features a linear guide type without a stroke adjustment unit, ensuring easy adjustment of the cushion needle. The design minimizes the entrance of external particles, enhancing reliability and reducing maintenance costs.

The MY1H40-50EZ offers exceptional piping flexibility, allowing connections in four directions and providing two types of piping options: standard and centralized. This flexibility extends to the auto switch mounting, accommodating various installation requirements.

With a bore size of 40 mm and a stroke of 50 mm, this cylinder operates with compressed air as the pressure medium. It supports a maximum operating pressure of 0.8 MPa and a minimum operating pressure of 0.1 MPa. The cylinder is capable of withstanding a maximum ambient temperature of 60°C and a minimum ambient temperature of 5°C.

The MY1H40-50EZ is a double-acting cylinder with air cushioning, ensuring smooth and controlled motion. It features two pneumatic connections and is compatible with PU tubing material. The theoretical cylinder force during the advance stroke at 0.5 MPa is 628 N, and the maximum piston speed is 1000 mm/s.
