The Voith IPS High-Pressure Internal Gear Pump is designed for variable speed drives, offering exceptional controllability and pressure hold function. By rotating the gears inside the pump, hydraulic oil is drawn into the cavity between the pinion and internal gear. Optimized cross-sectional areas on both the suction and pressure sides allow for operation over a wide range of speeds. Radial direction gear chambers are closed by gear meshing and the filler piece, while axial plates seal the pressure chamber with minimal gaps, minimizing volume losses and increasing efficiency.

This pump is Industry 4.0 compatible and features excellent pulsation behavior. It is suitable for applications requiring precise control and multiple flow capabilities. The design includes a pinion shaft, internal gear, filler pin, axial disc, plain bearings, and hydrostatic bearing, all housed in a robust casing. Optional measuring connections on the suction and pressure sides enhance monitoring and control.

The Voith IPS pump supports various mounting types, including SAE hole flange and ISO 3019/1, and can be mounted in any position. It operates with HLP mineral oils as per DIN 51524, parts 2 or 3, and accommodates a wide viscosity range. The pump ensures high efficiency and reliability, making it ideal for demanding industrial applications.
