Magnaloy coupling co 500 Alpena Mich or ALTERNATIVE

URGENT, MACHINE STOPPED WORKING! The disassembled coupling is an aluminum "Magnaloy Coupling Co 500 Alpena Mich" coupling. On the motor side, it has a hole for a (2 1/8) inch shaft, and on the pump side, a (1 1/4 inch) shaft; it should also include an insert. (unfortunately, it has disintegrated). If full inserts or ones with a preliminary hole are available, we will adapt them on our own. The external diameter of the coupling is 122mm. Unfortunately, we are unable to measure the length of the insert. Roughly measuring, it appears to have been about 130 mm.
