The TeSys Giga high power contactor is designed for demanding applications, offering a maximum operating rate of up to 600 cycles per hour and an operating ambient air temperature range from -25°C to 60°C. This compact device measures 255mm x 108mm x 175mm (H x W x D) and is certified under multiple standards, including CE, CB, CCC, cULus, EAC, KC, RCM, and Marine. It also complies with the Green Premium standard for RoHS/Reach.
The contactor features a 100-250V AC/DC wide band low consumption electronic coil and an embedded highly reliable 1NO+1NC auxiliary contact block, providing continuous monitoring with healthy and alarm indicators. It also includes a local Contact Wear Diagnosis (CWD) as a standard function.
The TeSys Giga high power contactor can be fixed in all quadrants, allowing for maintenance without removing cables/busbars. It is designed to replace the switching module (main contacts), enhancing the contactor's life. The device provides IP2x protection in Front face with shrouds conforming to IEC 60529 and VDE 0106.
The contactor can be used with power connection by bolted connection and control connections by spring terminals, accessible from the front for easy and quick replacement. It is also possible to mount the OLR directly below the contactor. The device is Green Premium compliant (RoHS/Reach) and features a unique QR code for quick access to complete product data.
