All items supplied or repaired by us are fully tested and carefully packed before shipping, including the use of anti-static bags/wrapping where applicable. If we receive no communication from you, within 7 days of delivery, regarding any problems with the items, you are deemed to have received the items in full working order and with no problems. If you wish to return an item for any reason this should be reported to us within 7 days of delivery. You then have a further 7 days to return the item, with all packaging and documentation, for assessment/inspection. Should you wish to return an item for any other reason than stated below we must be informed of the return and reason for return in writing within 7 days of receipt of the item. You then have a further 7 days to return the item in the original condition and packaging which will enable them to be immediately fit for re-sale. There are various shipping options available to each country. Shipping methods and costs are clearly shown on all quotations. Our official logistics partner is UPS. With over 100 years of experience, the world’s largest and most advance delivery network offer time definitive solutions to over 220 countries and territories worldwide. For full details of which services are available in which countries please visit the UPS website. We may sometimes use alternative carriers for logistical or operational reasons. All stock items normally ship from one of our warehouses within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Delivery times are detailed on all quotations and various options, including Next Day Delivery to many locations, are available. We can also offer time-definite and Saturday deliveries. As soon as your item(s) have shipped, we'll send you a Shipment Notification email that includes the carrier's name and a tracking number with a link to their website.

We offer a full 12 Months return to base warranty on all reconditioned, service exchange and new parts. So, if you have any problems within 12 months from the date of delivery then please contact our Customer Relationship Team who will be happy to help and explain what you need to do next. Should any product supplied by EU Automation fail within the first 14 days we will replace your item with an equivalent part. If no equivalent part can be found, then we will refund the amount you originally paid including any carriage charges. If a problem occurs after the initial 14 days our standard warranty terms apply.
