The ALPF and APPF Series panelboards are designed for use in locations that are classified as damp, wet, corrosive, and hazardous, including chemical plants and petroleum refineries. These factory sealed panelboards serve to centrally manage switching systems for multiple branch circuits, catering to applications such as lighting, heat tracing, and small motors. The Designation Code for this model is ALPFQ21A42M2.

Constructed from copper-free aluminum with a maximum of 4/10 of 1% copper content, these enclosures are complemented by stainless steel cover bolts and hinges, ensuring durability in challenging conditions. The standard finish features a corrosion-resistant gray epoxy powder coat, which meets the NEMA 4X rating.

Customization options include breather and drain features, an external ground stud, grounding neutral lug, and various breaker configurations, including auxiliary switches and under voltage releases.
