The THTT DS markers feature a 2:1 shrink ratio and are constructed from flame-retardant material, making them suitable for environments with elevated temperatures and exposure to aggressive substances. Each marker is pre-cut to a length of 50.0 mm, with a maximum recovery diameter of 19.1 mm and a minimum supplied diameter of 38.1 mm. The wall thickness is 0.50 mm, ensuring durability.

These markers allow for dual-side printing, enhancing usability in various applications. They are compatible with thermal transfer and laser beam printing methods, ensuring high-quality print performance with the appropriate printer models, including TT431, TT431-BV, and TT4030. The markers are designed to withstand operating temperatures from -55 °C to +225 °C and have a dielectric strength of 20 kV/mm as per ASTM D 2671 standards.

Manufactured from cross-linked polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDFX), these markers are ELV compliant and do not contain hazardous materials. Each pack contains 100 pieces, categorized under the product family THTT DS – 2:1 Aerospace High Temperature "Ladder Style".
