The Class 5000 Smart Meter (H50) is designed for advanced energy monitoring in commercial and industrial settings. This model supports dual protocol communications, allowing for simultaneous interaction with two energy monitoring systems, including Building Automation Systems (BAS) and Measurement & Verification (M&V) reporting tools.

Equipped with a 4-line LCD display, the meter provides clear visibility of usage data. It operates within a temperature range from -4 °F (-20 °C) to 122 °F (50 °C) and can handle a maximum humidity of 95% non-condensing. The device features an input voltage configuration of 3 or 4 wire, with a frequency of 50 Hz or 60 Hz. The accuracy of the meter is ±1% across a load range of 1% to 100% of its rated capacity.

With an overall width of 6.5 in (166 mm), height of 7.8 in (198 mm), and depth of 3.4 in (86 mm), it is designed for ease of installation within a JIC steel enclosure. The Class 5000 submeter does not include current sensors and is classified as a Grade 5000 meter, providing reliable electrical usage monitoring.
