The 3-way butterfly valve operates effectively in chilled or hot water systems and is suitable for two-position steam applications up to 50 psi. With a pipe connection size of 12 inches, it adheres to ASME/ANSI Class 150 standards.

Constructed with a valve body made of carbon steel and a disc composed of 316 stainless steel, this valve is optimized for durability. The valve seat utilizes RTFE material, ensuring reliable performance. The flow characteristic is modified linear and unidirectional, providing precise control with a flow coefficient of 2660 CV.

This valve operates within a temperature range of -22 °F to 400 °F (-30 °C to 204 °C) and has a maximum differential pressure rating of 150 psi (1034 kPa). The actuator included is a fail-in-place type, specifically the MBP7LBBH/U model, which has a 75% duty cycle and is rated NEMA 4X IP66/67, complete with a heater.

It is important to note that this valve should not be used with fuels or modulating steam. The design includes 12 flange bolts, with a bolt size of 0.875 inches and a pitch of 9. Additionally, the valve stem is made from 17-4 PH stainless steel, enhancing its overall robustness. The valve starts in a normally closed position, offering a reliable solution for various fluid control applications.
