The Keyence FT-H50 Sensor Head is designed for mid to low temperature applications, offering an ultra long-range detection capability. This advanced sensor head is ideal for precise temperature measurements in various industrial environments. It features a rated temperature range of 32 to 932°F (0 to 500°C) and a displayable temperature range of -58 to +968°F (-50 to +520°C), ensuring versatility in different applications.
Equipped with a thermopile detecting element and an 8 to 14 μm detecting wavelength, the FT-H50 provides accurate and reliable temperature readings. The sensor head includes a 2-point visible laser beam for precise sighting and an emissivity correction range of 0.10 to 1.99 in 0.01 steps, allowing for fine-tuned adjustments based on the material being measured.
Built to withstand harsh conditions, the FT-H50 operates within an ambient temperature range of 14 to 131°F (-10 to 55°C) and relative humidity of 35 to 85%, with no condensation. It also boasts strong vibration and shock resistance, making it suitable for demanding industrial settings. The sensor head is constructed from durable materials, including reinforced glass plastic, Germanium for the infrared collector lens, and aluminum for the lens tube.
Applications for the FT-H50 include monitoring and controlling temperature in manufacturing processes, quality control, and maintenance operations. The sensor head comes with a mounting bracket for easy installation and integration into existing systems.
