The Keyence GL-R60H Hand-protection Light Curtain is designed to provide superior safety in industrial environments. Featuring 60 optical axes, this main unit offers a detection capability of ø25 mm and a total length of 1200mm, ensuring comprehensive coverage and protection. The detection height of 1180mm and protection height of 1225mm make it ideal for safeguarding personnel from hazardous areas.
Equipped with an infrared LED light source, the GL-R60H ensures precise and reliable detection with an effective aperture angle of up to ±2.5°. The light curtain operates efficiently over a detecting distance of 0.2 to 15 meters, making it suitable for various applications. The advanced light interference prevention function allows for seamless operation of up to two GL-R systems without mutual interference.
The GL-R60H offers flexible synchronization options between the transmitter and receiver, including optical and wire synchronization. The control output features two transistor outputs, with a maximum load current of 500 mA, ensuring robust performance. Additionally, the unit includes supplemental AUX transistor outputs for non-safety-related functions.
Designed to meet stringent safety standards, the GL-R60H complies with IEC61496-1, EN61496-1, UL61496-1 (Type 4 ESPE), and other relevant certifications.
