Keyence IV-500MA

The Keyence IV-500MA Standard Distance Monochrome Sensor is designed for high-precision industrial applications. Featuring an automatic focus model, this sensor ensures optimal performance across a range of installed distances from 50 to 500 mm. The 1/3 inch monochrome CMOS image sensor delivers high-quality imaging with a resolution of 752 (H) x 480 (V) pixels.

Equipped with advanced tools such as Shape Detection, Colour Area, and position adjustment, the IV-500MA can handle up to 16 detection tools and 1 position adjustment tool. The sensor supports 32 programmable settings, allowing for flexible and customizable operation. Image history can store up to 300 images, with selectable conditions for NG only or all images.

The IV-500MA offers robust analysis capabilities, including statistics on processing time, number of OKs/NGs, trigger numbers, and histograms. Additional features like HDR, HighGain, digital zoom, brightness correction, and white balance ensure accurate and reliable performance in various environments.

With an IP67 enclosure rating, the sensor is protected against dust and water, making it suitable for harsh industrial conditions. The unit supports Ethernet connectivity with FTP client, EtherNet/IP™, and PROFINET network functions, ensuring seamless integration into existing systems.
