The Plugable STP Series 420V Replacement Plug is a surge protective device that integrates Mersen’s patented TPMOV® technology, ensuring robust protection against voltage surges. This device is UL 1449 4th Edition certified and features a fail-safe self-protected design, making it suitable for critical control applications.

With a compact size, the device measures 1.99 in in length, 1.78 in in width, and 0.7 in in height, while its lightweight construction of only 0.2 lb facilitates straightforward installations. The housing is made from durable PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate), ensuring environmental compliance as it adheres to ROHS standards.

This SPD operates at a nominal voltage rating of 420 V and supports alternating current (AC). It provides a high maximum discharge current of 50 kA per phase and a nominal discharge current of 20 kA, making it effective in managing electrical disturbances. Moreover, the device boasts a high short circuit current rating (SCCR) of 200 kA, which eliminates the necessity for additional overcurrent protection devices.
