Optitrol Series Factory Sealed Front Operated Tumbler Switches - PN
Opis produktu
The Optitrol Series factory sealed front operated tumbler switches provide reliable performance in environments prone to ignition hazards. They are specifically engineered for use in classified locations where flammable vapors, gases, or combustible dust may be present, such as in chemical and petrochemical facilities, refineries, and process industries.
Constructed with a malleable iron body and cover, these switches feature a nylon 6/6 handle, ensuring durability. An optional corrosion-resistant stainless steel nameplate mounting bracket is available, facilitating easy identification without the need for additional drilling or tapping. The switches are finished with a triple-coat process, incorporating zinc electroplate, chromate, and epoxy powder coat for enhanced protection.
These switches are compliant with NEC and CEC standards, certified for Class I, Division 1 and 2, Groups B, C, D; Class II, Division 1 and 2, Groups E, F, G; and Class III, with a NEMA rating of 3, 7CD, 9EFG, ensuring their suitability for various industrial applications.
