The S100X160VAC label is a thermal transfer self-laminating solution tailored for wire and cable applications. Measuring 1.0" x 1.6" (25.4 mm x 40.64 mm), it features a white area for printing and a clear overlaminate that safeguards the printed legend, ensuring durability for identification purposes.

Each cassette contains 175 labels and is compatible with LS8E and LS8EQ printers, featuring an integrated memory device to facilitate automatic formatting, recall of the last used legend, and tracking of the remaining labels. Constructed from vinyl, this product meets RoHS compliance standards and is designed to operate effectively within a temperature range of -50°F to 225°F (-46°C to 107°C).

The label’s print-on area height is 0.8" (20.3 mm), accommodating cable diameters from 0.25" (6.4 mm) to 0.25" (6.4 mm). This specific construction makes it an ideal choice for reliable cable and wire marking.
