Electrical specifications indicate an operating voltage range of 10 to 30 V DC and a maximum no-load supply current of less than 12 mA. The device features a dark-on switching type with a PNP output, which is both short-circuit and reverse polarity protected. The maximum switching current is 100 mA with a voltage drop of no more than 1.5 V DC, and it responds within 1.8 milliseconds.
