This air compressor switch is part of the Nema Pressure Switches series, specifically designed for controlling air compressor operations. It incorporates two normally closed, snap action, DPST-DB (double pole single throw, double break) form YY contacts, with a pressure setting that turns off at 150 PSI. The device has a pressure sensor rated for 150 PSI and offers an adjustable range for rising pressure from 70 PSI to 150 PSI, with an approximate fixed differential of 30 PSI.

Electrical connections are facilitated through screw clamp terminals, and it features a 0.25 inch NPSF internal connection for fluid. The diaphragm actuator allows operation from any position, and the internal settings are determined by the fixed differential scale. Constructed from polypropylene, the enclosure measures 2.78 inches in width, 3.76 inches in depth, and 3.71 inches in height, with a total weight of 1 lb.

This switch is ideal for pressure control and monitoring in various applications including water pumps, compressors, agricultural irrigation systems, molding presses, injection molding machines, grinding machines, machining centers, and specialized equipment. It is rated IP20 and NEMA 1, ensuring adequate protection against dust and moisture. Furthermore, it is certified by CE, CSA, and UL, complying with UL 508 standards.
