The TeSys H ultra compact direct safety starter is designed for the control and protection of 3-phase motors, offering a power rating of up to 3kW at 400V (3HP at 480V). This hybrid technology starter provides an extended electrical durability of up to 30 million cycles AC-53, making it suitable for applications requiring high reliability and longevity.
The starter features a compact design with a width of only 22.5mm, allowing for efficient space utilization in control panels. It also offers an adjustable motor current range of 1.5-6.5A, providing flexibility to meet the specific requirements of different applications.
Safety is ensured through class 10A thermal overload protection with auto/manual/remote reset, phase loss and phase unbalanced protection, stall and jam motor protection. The integrated Safe Torque Off (STO) function complies with SIL3 level according IEC61508-1 and PLe level according ISO13849-1, making it suitable for safety chain applications.
The starter is equipped with logic inputs for ON/OFF motor running and remote reset after thermal tripping, as well as a 1C/O contact relay for fault indication. The front face features an LED status indicator to show the tripping and motor running status.
