The PowerPact H-, J-, and L-frame circuit breakers are engineered to safeguard electrical systems against damage caused by overcurrents and short circuits. The H- and J-frame circuit breakers come equipped with either thermal-magnetic or Micrologic electronic trip units, while the L-frame circuit breakers are exclusively available with Micrologic electronic trip units.

The shunt trip feature trips the circuit breaker when the control voltage surpasses 70% of its rated voltage. This accessory is suitable for ground-fault protection when combined with a Class I ground-fault sensing element. It features a continuous duty rated coil and an impulse type of ≥ 20 ms or maintained control signals.
