Part of the XU range, this compact photoelectric sensor is designed for versatile applications. It employs a diffuse detection system and is compatible with various lenses, including the XURZ01, XURZ02, and operates effectively without a lens at a nominal sensing distance of 9 mm. The sensor supports a programmable output configuration, allowing for either normally open (NO) or normally closed (NC) discrete outputs, utilizing PNP or NPN logic.

Electrical connectivity is facilitated through a 3-position, 4-pin M12 adjustable male connector, and operational status is indicated by an integrated LED. With a rated supply voltage of 12V to 24V DC, this sensor features reverse polarity protection and consumes a maximum no-load current of 80 mA. It is capable of switching frequencies up to 10 Hz and is rated to IP67, ensuring protection against dust and water ingress.

The enclosure is constructed from zinc alloy, housing a glass lens, and the sensor dimensions are 31 mm in width, 58 mm in depth, and 82 mm in height, with a total weight of 0.55 kg.
