The limit switch body ZCMD is part of the XC Standard series and features a compact design suitable for integration with a variety of heads or operators. This body is constructed from zamak and is designed for plug-in electrical connections without pre-cabling. With a contact configuration of 1 Normally Closed (NC) and 1 Normally Open (NO), it ensures reliable operation with a slow-break mechanism, allowing for precise control in automation applications.

It supports a wide range of electrical specifications including an electrical durability of up to 5 million cycles at various voltage ratings, including DC-13 at 120 V and 24 V. The body is also built to withstand a minimum actuation speed of 6 m/min and is designed for a rated insulation voltage of 300 V. Additionally, it features positive opening contacts and is equipped with silver-plated contacts to enhance conductivity.

Measuring 50 mm in height, 30 mm in width, and 16 mm in depth, this miniature limit switch body is compatible with multiple connection components, enhancing its versatility in different setups. The environmental considerations include a storage temperature range of -40 to 70 °C, and it adheres to sustainability profiles while being mercury-free.
